Handcrafted in the United States in small batches to ensure the finest quality, our collection of handblown stemware is inspired by 18th century glassware with an emphasis on weight, proportion and stance. The shapely stems bear a classic wafer knop shape that beckons the hand and eye. Stronger than crystal, the sturdy glassware is dishwasher safe and produces a pleasing clink. The stemware collection is offered in a taper or straight shape, and styles include a wine glass, water glass, coupe glass, and cordial glass plus a wine cooler. Reverse-stamped on the foot with our insignia.
About the Designers
Stephen Alesch and Robin Standefer are the founders and principals of Roman and Williams, Roman and Williams Guild, La Mercerie, and Guild Gallery. In addition to finding and assembling the world’s most prodigious artists for their modern guild of the senses, the husband-and-wife team prolifically makes, creates, and leads. In their work, nature serves as a timeless source of inspiration for the future of how we live.
Each piece of our stemware is reverse-stamped by hand with our insignia.
