Atelier Perceval was founded in 1996 by Eric Perceval and later managed by Yves Charles, the starred Paris chef. Perceval creates luxury kitchen knives and table knives that are completely handmade in Thiers, France, the historic capital of French cutlery. In the Perceval workshop, knifemaker craftsmen continue the fine cutlery tradition and have an unlimited passion for the knives they produce. Known for their simplicity, elegance, and cutting power, Perceval knives combine authenticity and luxury. This “Made in France” quality craft production is approved by the EPV (Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant) and Ateliers d’Art de France labels.
