by Mikiko Iyama

Mikiko is big in Japan and her ceramics have been embraced by the art world.  She was working in a gallery when she first met pottery and began trying her hand at it.  When Mikiko started out she used a plaster mold instead of a potter’s wheel and it has become her signature style.

These Decagonal bowls capture the moon for us, and using them transforms the mundane into a cosmic experience.  Available in 3 sizes.
