We’re so grateful to have Chef Marie-Aude Rose bring the treasures of her native land, France to La Mercerie!  Her creative background cultivated her love of gardening, cooking and baking - along with literature and theater.  The cumulation of these experiences gives to artful presentation and thoughtful, sensuous meals.  No flash in the pan, Marie-Aude has studied at l’Ecole Ferrandi in Paris and worked at several Michelin-starred restaurants.  She now resides in New York, with her husband, Daniel Rose and their two children.
